"Please don’t use this agent. The staff in his office, specifically, Taylor Burton are incompetent. My husband and I spent the past 7 months in what feels like a bad dream, where important documents were not sent to the head office which ended up in the policy not being processed and canceled 4 months later. We were not informed that had happened so we thought we had a policy all the while. After realizing this on our own, we reached out to the office and Taylor Burton lied about the whole thing. We were duped to reapply and the dream continued. We can’t wait to wake up from this nightmare!!!"

"Don’t expect to receive any help if you call this office. Every time I called the office to make changes or update my information it never happened. I moved back in 2023 and asked to have all my info moved to my new agent. It was all “yes, sure we will help with that and send your policy info to your new agent” Never happened. Received a call today asking me to stop by the office and review my policy. Once again, informed them that I had moved and to please send my policy info to my new agent. There was no apology that my request had been ignored. They just said “use the app” When I called previously no one mentioned the app. (Also I don’t have or want the State Farm app) I was told the agent must approve all agent changes and my request would be filed. Obviously not. Don’t use this team. They are polite but won’t actually do anything they say they will."

"The past 6 months dealing with this office have been a nightmare & it continues without resolution. They assured me I had coverage but could not provide policy documents. I then received notification that mine & my son's tags were being suspended because we didn't have insurance. They told us they would start a new policy that day & for us to pay the suspension fees & it was all resolved. A month or so later, my son relocated out of state which required him to rewrite his policy with a local agent. His new agent processed the new policy in a timely & efficient manner; however, State Farm continues to charge me for both cars as well. They sent me a policy document showing an amount due but I am being forced to pay almost twice as much & we have yet to receive any refunds for the overpayment. They are now asking me to pay an amount that is not in agreement with my policy document & the portal required a completely different payment amount. I have called & emailed for over 2 weeks. I have asked repeatedly to speak with Daniel but he is never available & his billing person just keeps telling me the same incorrect response, and they have yet to provide a policy that matches the amount I am being asked to pay."
