"Wambui, I'm very sorry you had this experience with my office. I take the blame for that b/c Taylor is my employee. He told me he had explained the reason for the rate increase on your husband's life insurance. I cannot control the fact that State Farm is not offering the standard rate for the life insurance and was very confused/distressed to hear from your side that you were not told that. I have been nothing but honest with you and up to this point have found Taylor to be very honest with my clients. However the second life insurance application that you submitted he did list the medical conditions on there with the current premium and was signed by your husband. I am at a loss as to where the perceived deception is in the situation. I have personally reached out to see from you if he lied to you in the second application when he submitted it with your husbands corrected information that caused the premium to increase. "

"Hey Ali, I'm sorry for your frustration but I appreciate your compliment about our politeness. You had asked how to transfer from our office to someone more local to yourself in Atlanta. I understand that which is why we gave you the directions on how you could transfer your policies. That is why you are not my customer now. And since you're not our customer anymore that's why we couldn't answer your questions about your policies after you had transferred. I can't see what I no longer have. We repeatedly referred you to your new agent in Fulton County that you selected. So to repeat I'm sorry that we didn't meet the customer service expectation that you expected. I just don't know what else we could have done for you. We sent you the link to download the app. Once you did that and transferred your policy we could not help you further as my State Farm office does not have access to your account. "

"Kristy, we have worked diligently to appease you. I appreciate you doing a virtual meeting so I could show you what I have access to and what I do not have access to. This whole situation boils down to the fact you want an updated policy showing you do not have the multicar discount now that your son moved to Texas. State Farm corporate does not provide those until either renewals, a change in vehicles, or a change in coverage. You did not want to proceed with any of those so my hands are tied. Regarding the call backs the agent does not handle billing or coverage issues. That is Vilmari's whole job and she returned each of your calls. I only got involved when she went on vacation and you were not accepting what we sent which is what we are allowed to send. Your rating is completely unfair. If you want to be mad at State Farm b/c that is their policy, I understand. But blaming an agency when we have done everything we could do and on the same date that it could be done is completely unasked for. That is why I said your welcome to turn this into the insurance commissioner if you felt you were being wronged b/c our agency has answered ever call and sent every document that exists to you. "
